Embark on a captivating journey through time in the Jordan Valley. Our expedition begins at Mifgash HaBikah, where we will analyze an intricate 3D relief map to gain a spatial understanding of this dramatic desert terrain.
Next, we travel to the historic Adam Bridge (Damiya Bridge), a vital ancient crossing point over the Jordan River that has connected civilizations and armies for millennia.
Finally, we ascend to a lookout of the cone-shaped peak of Sartaba. From this breathtaking mountain lookout, we will absorb stunning panoramic views of the valley and unravel the history of the strategic Hasmonean and Herodian fortresses built high above.
